Refunds/Returns

If you receive a product that arrives defective or damaged due to shipping, we provide a 100% money-back guarantee or offer a replacement. Kindly reach out to us within three days of delivery, and we'll arrange either a full refund or send you a replacement item.

Please be aware that custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. Custom items are crafted according to your specific requirements and cannot be resold. However, non-custom items are eligible for returns.

Refunds or returns are not issued under the following circumstances:

  • If your order fails to arrive due to reasons within your control, such as providing an incorrect shipping address.
  • The purchased item is customized and cannot be resold.
  • Simply being dissatisfied with the product.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests or returns if the item does not meet the criteria mentioned above or if it has been used, altered, or damaged in any way.

Order Cancellation & Changes Policy

  1. 4-Hour Grace Period: Customers have a 4-hour grace period from the time of order placement to make changes or request cancellation.

  2. Cancellation of Unfulfilled Orders: Orders can be canceled within the 4-hour window. Additionally, if an order hasn't been fulfilled yet, we can accommodate cancellation requests.

  3. Engraving Requests: Changes to engravings may not be possible if requested after the 4-hour grace period. However, we'll do our best to accommodate your request whenever feasible.

  4. Fulfilled Orders: Once an order is fulfilled and the packaging and shipping process has commenced, we cannot cancel the order or modify engravings.
